Preparation: A ritual of calm & pleasure

  1. Warm the bowl
    Fill the bowl with hot water to preheat it. Discard the water and your bowl is ready for the perfect matcha.

  2. Measure the matcha
    Use the scoop to add 1–2 g of matcha powder into the bowl. One scoop for a subtle taste, two for a rich, intense green flavor.

  3. Add hot water
    Pour 60–90 ml hot water over the powder. Watch the vibrant green color come to life.

  4. Whisk to perfection
    Take the whisk and move it quickly in a zigzag motion (M- or W-shape). Within seconds, a light, velvety froth forms, a visual and flavorful highlight.

  5. Savor with all your senses
